In the event of adverse weather conditions, Ashbourne United holds the safety and well-being of our participants as a top priority. Please be aware of our weather refund policy as outlined below:

1. *Camp Continuation:* The Ashbourne United soccer camp will generally continue as scheduled, rain or shine, unless the weather poses a safety risk to participants and coaches.

2. *Refunds:* No refunds will be issued due to adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, wind, or extreme temperatures.

3. *Alternative Activities:* Our experienced coaching staff will adjust the training activities to ensure a productive and enjoyable experience for participants, even in the presence of inclement weather.

4. *Safety First:* In cases of severe weather, such as lightning, thunderstorms, or any other

dangerous conditions, camp activities will be suspended or modified to prioritize the safety of all attendees.

5. *Communication:* Any updates or changes to the Ashbourne United camp schedule due to weather conditions will be communicated to participants and parents/guardians via the contact information provided during registration. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date.
